The Jr. Systems Administrator provides internal support to the company worldwide, and assists with front line support to our clients for our comprehensive internet security solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting their team with 24/7 support of operations duties in a fast-paced environment. The Jr. Systems Administrator will be assigned a variety of systems monitoring events and requests with the expectation that they will be able to analyze, troubleshoot, and make accurate judgement calls as to the classification and severity of the event. The successful Jr. Systems Administrator will be able to communicate, provide deeper investigation, under general supervision of the Manager, Internal Support & Deployments.
The Jr. Systems Administrator must have experience supporting enterprise environments. They may be required to travel to Data Centers in other regions and abroad. They must show a keen attention to detail and be able to work within the proper policies and procedures as required by the Data Centers. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
As Jr. Systems Administrator the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with the members of the Deployment Team. It is the responsibility of the Jr. Systems Administrator to build and configure eSentire flagship products for use at client sites. As well as participate in client on boarding and troubleshooting calls. They must have a good understanding of Linux systems and be able to absorb new technologies specific to eSentire at a fast pace. The Jr. Systems Administrator is expected to share in the responsibilities and deliverables of the Deployment Team.
