  • Generate new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by developing new strategies to convert site traffic through calls-to-action and landing pages
  • Manage and optimize our paid media channel strategy, including Google Adwords, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and more
  • Optimize our marketing automation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing processes
  • Stay on top of new digital marketing trends and test new channels to grow our inbound lead funnel and expand brand awareness
  • Work with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute new marketing campaigns and initiatives to nurture leads, revive opportunities, and help progress deals through the pipeline

Skills and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B organization
  • You thrive in a growing and fast-paced environment
  • Past experience managing Google Adwords and Bing Ads a plus
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is an asset; experience with Salesforce and Pardot is a huge asset
  • Strong writing skills — you’re a creative writer who loves to write engaging content that drives action
  • Analytical and process driven — you enjoy testing and experimenting with new marketing channels and campaigns
  • You love to lead and execute new initiatives to grow the lead funnel and sales pipeline
