Description

Who we are?

Established in 1997, Innosphere has been providing superior software solutions for enterprise and small business in an industry that is constantly moving forward.

As a member of our Agile Team, you will be part of a thriving, fast-paced, self-directed, collaborative environment where our goal is to achieve 100% client satisfaction. We are looking for talented, high-energy team members to help us create and innovate software solutions. Innosphere is committed to personal and professional development and growth within the organization. Our objective/mission is to provide the guidance, tools and resources needed to help you flourish in your career.

Who are we looking for?

You are passionate about helping software teams achieve their best. Your initiative and collaborative communication style ensure that business goals and directives are vetted and translated into clear, actionable requirements that allow the team to deliver value to their stakeholders.

As an experienced Business Analyst, you understand that you are relied upon not only to provide input and direction for the work that is currently in progress but also to understand next steps and try to anticipate possible issues to prevent the team from moving in the wrong direction. Your drive to understand as much as you can about the system you’re helping to design is balanced against your knack for asking questions that uncover the real problems and needs of customers and business stakeholders.

You thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed, collaborative environment – you take pride in being a “go-to” person on your team. You are constantly learning and seeking new challenges; you know that you can’t know everything, but you are confident that you can learn anything.

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

  • Degree or diploma in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably for web-based software teams
  • Demonstrated ability to gather feature ideas, flesh out functional requirements, and represent them as user stories
  • Ability to communicate and clarify ideas and concepts using a variety of discussion, documentation, and visual techniques
  • Ability to self-organize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced team environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analysis, problem solving, and learning skills
